This is a ground up development project to build training and information portal for stock traders. The platform includes a data aggregation and data-mining tool used to monitor stock promotion activity through various mediums, including web, email and social media. The platform is designed to gener ate ROI both through online lead capture and online sales of electronic products.

The project was executed as a highly defined agile project. The first sprints of the project produced complete working wireframes of the user-experience. Short sprints of 2 – 4 weeks followed to complete the build out. Product management and project management functions were performed by the US-based Pilgrim Project Management Center.

Project successfully delivered with low total cost of ownership. The client enjoyed a dramatic improvement in their initial vision of the project through the intellectual collaboration of Pilgrim management with the client ’s product manager. Pilgrim’s relationship with the client continues to expand based upon the trust built on this initial project. The platform is now live on the Ne t and enjoying success on the market.
